General Rules and Regulations
- Open only to residents of the Malaysia.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must register to enter, with a RM20 registration fee and completing the online submission form available at https://titijaya.com.my/contest/index.php/register-to-join/
- Video must be between one (1) and three (3) minutes in duration. Videos under 1 minute or over 3 minutes will not be considered.
- All entries must be hosted on YouTube.
- Any and all elements appearing in your video must be entirely original and created by you (see note about music below)
- All entries must include at least eight (8) seconds of footage of the Embun/Emery project site and Titijaya logo (see photo for reference).
- Video must not contain any copyrighted works (including music) other than as owned by you or, in the case of music tracks, obtained through a licensing site or royalty-free site. A few royalty-free site options are listed below for your convenience. Proof of purchase required from winners who purchase music licenses.

Drone Rules and Regulations
- Drones more than 20 kg will be required to undergo a DCA Airworthiness certification process.
- Drones under Malaysia aviation safety legislation should comply with civil requirements.
- Drones registered in Malaysia must have either a certificate of airworthiness or a permit to fly issued by DCA Malaysia.
- Drones not weighing more than 20 kg do not require a certificate of airworthiness or a permit to fly as issued by DCA Malaysia, but must abide by the following rules:
- prohibition on flight in controlled airspace or within an aerodrome traffic zone, unless in either case the permission of the air traffic control unit has been obtained
- only allowed to fly a normal maximum height of 400 feet above the surface
- These rules for ‘small aircraft’ have been principally developed for the purpose of regulating recreational model aircraft flying.
Operators of aircraft, irrespective of the purposes for which they fly, are required to hold adequate levels of insurance in order to meet their liabilities in the event of accident. Participants are bound to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue, TITIJAYA LAND BERHAD and agree to hold from and against any and all liabilities, demands, claims, or injuries, including death, that may be sustained during or in conjunction with the Contest.
