    • Second high rise development project, Casa Tiara Serviced Suites, Subang Jaya – 679 units of services apartments and 42 retail lots
    • Launches Tiara Square Business Centre project, Subang Jaya – 94 units of 2-storey and 3-storey shop offices
    • First commercial development project – Mutiara Point Business Park, Klang
